“I was disappointed s I had waited a while for this product to be in stock.
I received it and it was a lime colour with air bubbles and had a very strong smell.
I emailed to advise that this was different from last time ( white in colour and a pleasant smell not over powering.
I asked if the ingredients had been changed and was advised not that theyvwere aware of. They came bk to me unable to tell me the ingredients.
I rang the uk head office of La Biosthetique and they advised the colour should be white and the ingredients had not been changed.
I did get a refund , but no offer of sending a new one?
When I said it makes me reluctant to order again , I was told that’s up to you.
I had ordered this item before and was happy with it , that’s why I knew it was completely different!”
