“This book helps me a lot to understand ISO 9001:2015. It explains strategic and operational aspects of the QMS standard.
Suggestions to improve the book:
1. Case study of strategic side is about shoe-maker company and operational side is on car service company. I think it would be better if both sides cover the same company so the reader is easier to connect strategic to operational aspects, and vice versa.
