Difficult: The quizzes... Overly difficult with word-trick questions.... ALso the multiple choice, if there are 6 choices but 3 answers, at least guide the students that 3 should be picked.”
“Generally positive experience. The videos are easily understood, and it's apparent that the trainers are competent and passionate about their work.
Some of the questions could be better worded. For example, if an outcome is one of many in a process, the answer should be true when the question asks if the process leads to that outcome. The answer is false if the question asks if that outcome is the ONLY one from the process.
On a minor note, typos in the video text should be corrected.”
