“The IA online course material is clearly presented and, because I am hard of hearing, it was of great benefit to me - thank you - that the words spoken by the first of the two (excellent) course tutors were recorded in writing on the screen as he was speaking.
As an aside, because my own preferred method of learning is through the written word, it would be very convenient for me, and very welcome, if I could copy and paste the wealth of written information contained in the 'dialogue box' located on one side of the screen. This would allow me to build up a collection of notes that I could then read through and organise at my leisure when preparing for the formal ISO 9001: 2015 Auditor's examination that I am currently considering taking through Advisera).
