We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. As outlined in our earlier emails and our website, while you can enroll in and complete any of our courses for free, we do charge for the certification, as the accredited process involves verification processes and administrative costs. This is clearly stated in our course descriptions and on our website.
As for the technical issues you experienced with not being able to see the complete course, we have reached out and tried to assist and unfortunately, we did not receive a response after multiple attempts to help resolve the matter.
