I find the knife not to be of quality as it is difficult to filet and quite honestly it is pitted and looks like it is very old. This is one of the few times I have written a negative review ,however, if you want to filet fish , this is not the knife. For you,.”

“This is the best fillet knife I’ve used! Super flexy and sharp and ready to use right out of the package! The sheath keeps it safe and secure during travel. I like the knife so much I am buying an extra one just to keep in the kitchen. Seriously, it’s great for everything. Be careful filleting you’re first fish- it will probably cut easier than anything you’ve used before! This knife is perfect. The people at AFTCO nailed it!”
