“I am and have an AFTCO customer and repeat buyer for many years now. I recently purchased 2 pair of shorts and when I received theming Monday and one pair was mistakenly sent as the wrong size. After a automated email reply I placed a phone call to customer service. Connie Quesnel took my phone call late Tuesday afternoon. I explained I was leaving for a trip That Thursday she would try to have it shipped that day. After a hold she relayed the shipping pickup had already happened and was too late to overnight the shorts but, even offered ship them to my destination! As that wasn’t an option, I thanked her resigned to receive them when I got home. Several minutes later I received a call back to inform me they had made arrangements to overnight them to me. Thanks so much to Connie and AFTCO. I remain a lifelong customer.”
