“purchased based on online picture (light gray/blue), when shirt arrived it was yellow/tan; I sent a pic of the actual shirt and screenshot of online pic, then chatted and later talked with customer service; AFTCO's position was that the shirt I received was "Nava"l and they never admitted that the online pic was different; they sent a return label and I had to returned the shirt (and they sent a "Dusk" shirt); lots of extra trouble on my part, plus the replacement shirt didn't get here in time for our Christmas gathering”
