“I love the Samurai shirt. I have purchased 4 of these shirts from you. The only complaint is the sleeve length varies as much as 2-3 inches in length on the same size shirts. Some sleeve lengths are perfect and some are very long.
Overall the shirts are great.

“I ordered 10 items for about $500. I received a coupon for 10% off from an association I belong to that night. I called AFTCO up to have that applied to my order and receive the discount and the person said they could not do it. I would have to return and replace the order. This went back and forth and I finally said, return the whole order and I will not place a new one I will buy elsewhere.
I posted my experience and shortly had a call from AFTCO. They were sorry for the confusion on the call. They issues me a credit right away and for me to keep my 10% and use it on another order when I wish and also gave me some additional credit. This person told me to try on the clothes and we could handle any exchanges and returns. I needed to exchange 7 items for a size smaller (that's another miracle for me.) They sent the other order and said once I am satisfied return the others.
The new order came. Everything fit great. I returned the the items and am looking forward to placing another order. If it weren't for that first misstep, they would have a 5 star review. BTW the clothes are well made, fit great and are perfect on the boat and off.”
