Stealth Fishing Shorts Light Gray / 30 Reviews

I already had the Stealth in Denim and just added two of the new colors, stone and khaki....now I have to get the black ones and another pair of the stone and khaki. These are hands down the best looking and most comfortable shorts on the dock, boat and beyond...I love them!

Very comfortable and I like the heavy-weight material and the stretch. Best fishing shorts I?ve ever worn and they are so comfortable I wear them almost every day even when not fishing. The pliers pocket became my cell phone pocket and this is one reason why I wear them most every day. In the boat I keep the phone in the pliers pocket and it won?t fall out even while sitting down. My experiences with pliers are that mates usually wear them on a belt and in a pliers sheath behind them, so do back-country guides and many inshore fishermen. Other guys leave their pliers in a tackle locker until they need them. I don?t see the need for the pliers pockets; I think of them as cell phone pockets. Front pocket depths are sized right and deep so small items, like truck keys, don?t fall out when sitting. The back pockets are also sized right, but the flaps sometimes get wrinkled up or folded up. The front button attachment is excellent!!! Waist size was spot on.

I've always liked fishing shorts with plenty of pockets but don't care for the cargo short bulkiness. These fit true to size and have plenty of storage without the baggy feel. Right amount of stretch and perfect length. The plier pocket seems a little wider which allows a wider range of tools/pliers. Might be my new favorite AFTCO shorts. Great product as always AFTCO!

I honestly had no idea that fishing shorts could be this comfortable. Fishing several times a week as a mate on sportfishers, I used to wear plain cargo shorts in order to keep everything where I needed it, and to avoid ripping expensive board shorts while working. I have been unable to rip a pair of these, and their stretch makes them extremely comfortable when leaning over the gunwale to bill and release a sail, or gaff a stubborn dolphin. With both belt loops and tons of deep pockets, these shorts are amazing for holding everything I need them to. Could not be happier....if I had enough pairs, I'd wear them seven days a week, doing everything from dock work to running errands to, obviously, putting meat on the deck!

I work as a Sea Tow Captain during the summer, and bought 2 pairs of these shorts in the beginning of the season. Lots of storage, and they're pretty rugged. The pliers pocket is sturdy enough to put a pocket knife in using the pocket clip that's on most knives. The belt loops are sewn on very tightly. I was actually pulled up onto a boat after diving under it (had very high gunnels), by my belt, no rips or tears. I'm 5'11'', 200 lbs. The front button is sewn on very well. These shorts don't hold odors, and have been able to withstand me washing them on whatever setting my girlfriend used last, without running, bleeding, or shrinking. The ONLY reason I gave them 4 stars is because the stiching on the pocket design (the inverted triangle), doesn't last very long. But it's not structural, far as I can tell. Hey Aftco. Make some pants made with this stuff, that have a 1/2'' wide mesh strip on the inside of the thigh for ventilation! I'll buy a pair.
