“Customer Service can literally make or break me as a customer. I put in a exchange request and was immediately emailed a return label for my existing item and received my exchange item within days. I left for a work trip and forgot to send my item back within the required time. I emailed them and Sharon replied within minutes and told me not to worry and just send it back when I got home. Customer for life here! Also the sweatshirt was gift and I ordered the wrong size so nothing wrong with it. My brother loved it!”
“Where to begin So I really like the hoodie and its features. Works great in conjunction with the Hydronaut especially when you start shedding the jacket. What I am most impressed with is the customer service that I have received from AFTCO. I had a minor defect and how and when the responded to my issues suppressed all of my expectation. I know that this is a review on the hoodie but this company had top notch customer service. Now back to the hoodie, it fits well and the amenities that’s built into actually works and works well. I have three of them and I wear one each time I am on the lake in inclement weather. Would I recommend YES. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for and this is money well spent. Kudos to AFTCO. Oh by the way I would’ve given the hoodie 5 stars, but I did mention that it did have a minor defect that was rectified within a couple of days.”
