“I’ve always been skeptical of jackets saying “wind proof” but no… this jacket works wonders. It was 38 degrees, probably colder on the water, but all I wore is a shirt and this jacket and was just fine. More just a little chilly from only having a shirt on underneath but the jacket worked great on the ride.”
