“I'm 5'10 and 180lbs and ordered the Large. It's a bit more form fitting than I thought it would be but it's not restrictive and very comfortable. Definitely wind proof and warm and other than a light-med, long sleeve shirt underneath that's probably all you'll need if you're wearing a typical Gortex rain jacket shell in anything above about 40 degrees. (In my opinion)”
