“I like the big inside pouches for storing large objects like my phone. I may add a velcro closeure later to prevent items from falling out if I lean over. The weakest point of the item was/is appears to be the zipper. When I used it the first 5-6 times it made a grinding noise. I have had only one other vest in my life so I am comparing it to a Mountain Hardware vest. That one had a zipper with larger teeth and dual drawcords. This one is a good deal for the price I paid. This is the 5th AFTCO item I have purchased. I wear a size large in their sun shirts but a medium in their jackets, rain pants and vest. This vest fits close to the body so the lack of a draw cord isn't an issue.”
