“My most-worn piece of fishing clothing is my Reaper hoodie so when I wanted something to layer on for those cooler weather days I decided on the Reaper jacket. I chose it over the windproof pullover because I wanted it to be a little easier to put on and take off and for when I need to get to an interior pocket like on my bibs. The weight of this jacket is ideal... warm enough for the coldest open-water fishing weather with a couple of layers but light enough for spring or even summer mornings when you need a little extra protection for the pre-dawn hours. My only beef is that the sleeves on the jacket are cut a little bit tighter than I'd like so when layering (like over my hoodie) it's tough to get the jacket on and the sleeves of my inner layers bunch up a bit. I'm totally willing to put up with that for the overall functionality of the jacket though.”
