“I purchased three Aftco sun masks mostly because of of the Buy three five three special. My expectations were exceeded by the masks. Some sun masks are a single tube with no seam. The AFTCO sun masks have a seam but it does not interfere with the comfort of the mask. They are also a bit roomier, but retain their flexibility, and stay on your face. I like that the edges are finished instead of just being heat sealed like other companies. The breatheabolity is excellent. I wear glasses and although you may get a bit of fogging, it is easily managed with a quick adjustment. You can breathe through it all day.
The main difference is the material. It appears AFTCO desired to make a sun mask and found the perfect fabric instead of finding tubular synthetic and saying “hey this would make a great face shield”.
This is my first AFTCO purchase but I will soon own more of their products and I will reccomend them to the sportsmen and women on my trips.

“The material on these neck gaiters are high quality. They are snug, comfortable, and breathable when wearing. It would have been nice to have more options in terms of color but the 3-pack price was worth it. You guys have added a new customer in me.”

“I work on roofs and these kept me cooler than the hats i was using. Plus i sweat a lot so it really helped in managing that. When in the sun i wear it from around my chin to my forehead leaving just my face exposed. But when I need a mask its I can use i like that too.”
“These buffs/face masks are pretty cool. Ive been using them as a face mask to reduce my friends and i breathing on each other since covid. I cant blow out a match through one layer and doubled-up lets virtually no movement to the flame.
Although inspired by covid i would definitely use these instead of sunscreen on my face when fishing. Overall they are cool and comfortable.”
