“We needed to replenish some office forks and, having checked the brand marking on our existing forks, were able to reorder the exact same product type, with ease, via the ACG website. The forks, along with some other office supplies and consumables, were earmarked for delivery some weeks later, but in the end, arrived a few days later. The only issue was with delivery, as they were supposed to be brought up to the office, but instead, large boxes containing our order were left downstairs in the building's mail area for us to guess they'd arrived, then we had to cart them upstairs ourselves because 'authority to leave' was noted on the delivery slip. Very strange and slightly inconvenient at the time... But the products themselves are great.”
