“Ì purchased a box of 6 Bormioli Rocco Ypsilon Champagne flutes. My order arrived promptly but unfortunately two of the flutes were broken. Obviously due to transportation even though the box had FRAGILE on it. I rang Customer service and was told to take a pic of the broken flutes and send the attached pic in an email. I received a response authorising the flutes will be replaced. I am happy with AGC’s service and would recommend this company to anyone interested in their products.”
