“I didn't buy this steam pan to use in a Bain Marie, but to place under our electric rotisserie in the kettle barbecue. It is a perfect size to catch the drippings from chicken, beef and other rotisseried meats, which when combined with onion, garlic and stock, makes a wonderful gravy. Clean-up is really easy because the steam pan has no hard edges.”
