“We received our package from AGC, but unfortunately, half of the items arrived broken. We immediately contacted AGC to request a return and a full refund. However, without properly addressing our request, we were issued only a partial refund and did not response.
AGC three times regarding this matter, and I have yet to receive any reply.
Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with both the quality of AGC’s products and the lack of customer service.”
