“I bought this potato ricer a week and half ago. When you mash the potato leaves a lot of potato inside the masher. Very bulky and heavy. My domestic one does a better job.
I got in contact with the owner to exchange the product for something else and they still haven't got back to me. They might have been in business for 30 years but they don't really care about their customers only care about bulk buy. Very dissappointing with service and product.”
