“I bought this pan hoping to make some great omelettes. I seasoned the pan as per the instructions and followed the cooking guidelines to the letter. Unfortunately, this pan sticks no matter what I do. I have used low/medium heat as suggested, but have been very disappointed with the results. It will now be used as a very expensive meat searing pan :(”
