“I have been using Alabaster Bibles for a while now and was so excited when they announced they were releasing the book of Psalms. I adore the gorgeous pictures they use, helping every day readers to dream of the Psalms being read. Perfect Bibles to help dig deeper into specific books Gods Word!
Thank you Alabaster for my copy of the book of Psalms.”
“I love the book of Psalms and the ESV translation. And now that Alabaster Co has combined them with their creative touch, I love them all the more. Beautiful photos, incredible artistry, always wonderfully formatted. Another beautiful project. Love this company.”

“Alabaster Co. Has a beautiful way of combining beautiful photographs with the beauty and complexity of God's word to balance it out, and compliment it. When the first sent me the book complimentary via the Influencers Program I was excited to check it out. Psalms 91:11 (For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways) is one of my favorite verses of scripture. Not only is the imagery placed on each page beautiful and eye-catching but the ESV version is a very biblically sound and easy to understand translation. I would highly recommend this to be your next purchase.”

“God created us to express emotions. The book of Psalms is a book filled with expressions through poetry, song, and prayer. The words are emotional, image-invoking, and relatable because they involve the human experience. When Alabaster accompanied actual images to these honest words that were written around 500-1000 BCE, it all beautifully fit. Some of the images Alabaster chose to accompany certain Psalms were modern, while others were quite timeless. I appreciated the careful choices of such images. As an artistic person, seeing an image of a male figure with a distorted face helped me reflect on the loneliness of Psalm 77 and psalmist David wondering where God was. As a city-person, seeing actual green pastures helped me visualize the calm peace and trust of Psalm 23. While I own Alabasters Book of Psalm in NLT and grateful for its simplicity in its translation, Ive always been a fan of the ESV because 1) it was what I was raised with and 2) it has more of a word-for-word translation that I tend to examine and study. Im grateful that Alabaster is going about both spectrums of translations. I think my only gripe is a personal preference: I like collecting different translations of the Bible I wish Alabaster used different photos in this ESV version. I think different photos not only help us see that theyre different translations of Psalm, but when I open up the ESV version and see a different photo, it will help me visualize and imagine something different because the words are worded differently and the images are also different. This way those that have already gotten the NLT version of Psalms dont feel like theyre buying the same book (with the same images) just a different translation.
My copy of Psalms (ESV) was complimentary through Alabasters Influencer Program.”

“Absolutely LOVE the psalms book from them! I have a few others and when they came out with this one I got so excited! I love reading ESV and all the creative photos in this are gorgeous!”
