So impressed with this small yet powerful publication! The truths hit hard and deep and let me know it was ok to think and feel the way I do Because I am not alone! Creativity is part of all our spirits! And creating connects us to the Almighty and is one of the most natural things we can do! I had to read and meditate on these truth in small bites, like eating a rich decadent dessert or sipping a fine glass of wine. To truly appreciate what this book brought to me it needed to be savored!

I purchased this book for a friend after seeing it in a coffee shop. I thought it would make a beautiful coffee table book but then I was sold on the context. She is a creative that deep in her spiritual practice and sometimes it is hard to combined those two worlds. I think that this book was thoughtful and help and well stunning.

I've read numerous books concerning art and the Christian faith and this little gem has encouraged me more than any other book of its nature. I highly recommend it for anyone who feels called to create for the glory of God. Turn on some Soaking in His Presence, pour some coffee and let these beautiful words wash over you. When your'e done reading it, for the second or third time, give the book away. If art is sacrificial, vulnerable and, mysteriously for others. More people need to hear these words. Thank you Alabaster!
