“I appreciate the "easy to read" text of this book. I would suggest that Alabaster start creating other translations such as KJV, which is what I personally prefer. This is simple to read and understand which makes it a leisure read with it's magazine-like presence. After all, I believe that is the goal of Alabaster; to make the Word of God accessible and easy to understand for everyone. I know reading His Word and understanding it impacts my walk with Him.
I wasn't crazy about the photo selections for this book however. I didn't find them as serene or relaxing as the book of Matthew. That's the only reason why I gave Luke a 4 star rating.
