“I love the concept of these Bibles, but for the price paid I found the execution a bit lacking. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I expected stunning, exceptional images and printing based on the premise of beauty and art and creation and so many positive reviews. I think some of the sharpness and clarity of the images was lost in the printing, and some of them were a little dark, making hard to discern the subject. I was hoping these books would be the sort that would be good to put on a coffee table, so that people might want to flip through it be drawn in by the beautiful, glossy pictures and then read a couple verses while they were at it. Unfortunately, the pictures weren't as captivating as I had hoped due to the resolution/lighting of some of the pictures. Some of the books were better than others in this regard. I would suggest perhaps making larger print editions of these Bibles as well; I thought when ordering them that they would make a perfect gift for grandparents, but the size of the text would make it difficult for the elderly to read. The books were packaged for shipping and gifting very nicely; our mail man left them on the porch in the snow and rain, but the books were still safe and undamaged.”

“My boyfriend and I have been following Alabaster’s Instagram for some time. We both fell in love with it. We have been talking about going through the book of John together, but we didn’t want to complicate it or do a study. We wanted to so li read Gods word. When i finally had money to purchase it, I surprised him and we started to read it together! We both are in love with it and when I started reading aloud the scriptures the Spirit moved my heart in a way I have been longing for some time when it came to His word.
