In my own life, I was able to relate, in some ways to her, because I have had situations where I felt silenced and moments where I was scared to speak up. This chapter helped me see that I am not the only one that has endured this situation. She stood up for what she believed in, even when it was scary or there would be judgement or anger or disagreement towards her reaction. This allowed her to have an opportunity partner with God.
