“Edna is in the hospital for observation. She may go to Rehab before coming back to her apartment. We still aren't sure why I could get through to my sister Barb Bley when you could not.”

“I was on the phone with 911 and it was a hub and I had to be directed to the city I wals calling from and they starting asking questions. My mom's aid pushed the alert button and immediately they responded asked which person had the emergency and did we require an ambulance. I could hear the address come across on the 911 line immediately. She was still asking questions. Thanks for your immediate help.”
