“Alert 1 is a great relief for my husband and myself. My Dad is 92 years old and has a 24/7 care giver but Alert 1 is there as a backup. The response time is great and Dad is comfortable knowing that help is only a push button away. The call center is always so comforting to him and he has used this serve twice within the past 2 weeks. Thank God it was nothing serious. Thank you Alert 1”
