The Medium EGG is perfectly sized for couples who are short on space but big on appetite. Enjoy all the benefits of the larger EGGs in a more confined space. The cooking area fits one smoking plank across the diameter which can cater for 2-4 people midweek or up to 6-8 people with a roast leg of lamb at the weekend whilst still being versatile enough to bake pizza and of course cook low&slow! It can fit an 18-pound turkey, 6 burgers, 3 chickens, 4 steaks and 4 racks of ribs vertically!

“What’s not to love ! I adore cooking on my Big Green Egg, so versatile, slow cooked Mexican casseroles, bread, ribs,steaks, roast dinners, cakes, fish, pizza the list goes on there are no limitations other than your own imagination. I am cooking on it today snow on the ground, and I definitely cooking Christmas dinner on the “egg” Once you have mastered the heat control with the daisy wheel and bottom vent, I cannot imagine ever not wanting to cook on my egg . I’ve always loved to cook but this has renewed my enthusiasm.”
