The Plantar Fasciitis orthotic helps provide relief from conditions like Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, heel spurs, shin splints and knee pain. The firm arch support helps correct over-pronation,
flat feet and collapsed arches. The forefoot shape is very wide and can also be trimmed to fit into your shoes in a perfect manner. You can use normal scissors for this purpose. Take the foot-bed insole out of the shoe and then arrange it over the bottom surface of the orthotics. Then draw around the toe shape to make sure that you have aligned the back edges of both together. You can stand both of the insoles up on the heel cups through a flat surface. You can trim outside your line on the first go so that if it gets tighter, you may trim a bit more instead of making them too short during your first effort.
