“I am rating this as excellent because it encourages you to take time for yourself. It’s only a few mins per day. I haven’t noticed huge changes but I think it will in time; I have only had a couple of weeks and have used about 4 days a week. Service and delivery were both excellent too.”

“So glad I discovered body gua sha and this tool is perfect. Hand sized, the comb not too sharp. It comes in a small bag which keeps it clean in between uses. I would definitely recommend, using it is, depending on the pressure, can be relaxing or invigorating if you have knots in the body or muscle.”
