To keep your R/O System functioning at an optimum level, its filters need to be changed annually. The AlkaViva RO Annual Replacement Package includes a sediment filter, a carbon block filter, an inline re-mineralizing filter, and a taste & odor filter.
RO Membrane Replacement
The RO Membrane, itself, needs to be replaced every two years. If it's time for that, just select that option from the dropdown menu.
Do You Have an AlkaViva 7-Stage RO System?
If you have the AlkaViva Reverse Osmosis System, but it's a 7-stage system, select the option that includes a conversion kit for it. It's the same price. Just select the right option when you order. See below for more information. Once you're converted the system, just choose one of the 5-stage options in the future.
Ordering Replacement Filters
The company will stand by their product if it's defective. They will repair it or replace it for free if it's defective. However, no returns are allowed for filters through which water has been poured.
Filters are not returnable. When you order replacement filters make sure to get the right ones.
