Hardness/TDS of 200/600 ...change every 900 gallons or 9 months.
Hardness/TDS of 250/750 ...change every 800 gallons or 8 months.
Hardness/TDS of 300/900 ...change every 700 gallons or 7 months.
It would be unlikely that your water quality would exactly match this chart. However this just gives you an idea. The true test is when you are running your water ionizer, if you notice any kind of flow-rate slow-down, then it would be time to change the filters.
