I'm very sorry this happened. Did the water-slow-down happen before you changed the filter or after? One possibility is - I see you have extremely hard water -so you may need to do a vinegar wash to remove the scale. It's very easy to remove scale from just about anything. Just soak the parts in a mixture of vinegar & water (half & half). for about an hour or so. Then rinse and try again. You could also soak over night just to be sure if you want.
