“Ordered the Ultra Phresh Ionizing Shower Filter from alkaline water plus a little over a year ago, because I loved the specs, and the fact that it says you only have to change the filter once a year. Installed this replacement filter about a year after getting the original head/filter combo, and started to get lots of sudsy bubbles when I turned the water on. Two weeks go by, and the suds stop, and I decide to check on the filter and it's completely empty! It says replace once a year, this thing barely lasted two weeks. I emailed alkaline water plus for assistance, and they passed me onto the manufacturer. I emailed the manufacturer weeks ago and never got a response. Very dissatisfied customer. Poor product, poor service. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on.”
