This is an specialty filter which can be used in all AlkaBlue and some other older Jupiter, water ionizers. The Ultra BioStone uses hollow membrane technology. It also incorporates anti-microbial GAC, calcium and tourmaline.
Note: AlkaBlue .01M filters are not available right now in the US, but are interchangeable (and are identical, other than the label) with the Nexus .01M filters. Orders will be fulfilled with the .01M Ultra Nexus Biostone Filters.
Change filters at least yearly.

“I ordered an Echo 7 filter and got the wrong filter and had to pay both shipping fees plus a 5% restocking fee only to find out my filter system and filter replacement are no longer available. Not happy!!”

I'm so sorry that you ordered the wrong filter for your Echo machine. Your order was for the AlkaBlue filter (which only fits the AlkaBlue machine). Someone, somewhere may be making a claim about this filter, but it was not us. So, to help others not make this same mistake, I just put a disclaimer about it on the product page. I suggest you contact the Echo company. We aren't affiliated with that company, but they may be able to help you.

My records show that you ordered the wrong filter. We sent you the one you ordered. I also see that we allowed you to return it and we refunded you already. I suggest that in the future you use care in ordering filters, because many of them look similar. If you ever have a question about the right filter for you, just ask us and we'll be happy to help.
