I'm sorry you ordered the wrong part. What is the right part? This hose can work with almost all water ionizers from my experience. I checked with our customer service department and don't see what the problem is with your return. You were told that you can return it to us and when we receive it we will refund you (less shipping cost and 5% standard restocking fee). See the Shipping / Returns page link at the bottom of the site. Mistakes sometimes happen and we're sorry about that. This time we'll wave the 5% restocking fee for you. Please send us the tracking number so we can keep our eye open for it.
