“Nexgard works great for my dog, love the product. Not happy with Allivet customer service, however. My vet's office had to send in the prescription two different times. When I tried to call customer service, I never talked to a customer service agent after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. And the voice mail prompt never directed me to a voice mail system. I sent an email and never heard anything back.”
