“My spayed doberman (11) has had sporadic incontinence for years now. She was briefly on Proin several years ago and improved for a while to only occasional accidents allowing me to stop her meds, but as she has aged, the condition continues to worsen. In the past year she started to have multiple accidents a day on bad days. I tried Bladder Strength for about six months giving one in the morning and one at night. She seemed generally better, but still had occasional accidents especially when stressed or if I missed a dose. The vet finally put her back on Proin but said to continue Bladder Strength since it had been helping. The full dose of Proin gave her anxiety and nervous dreams, but I pulled her down to a half tablet of Proin + half tablet of Bladder Strength in the morning and evening and she has had zero accidents this past month! She's so much happier when she isn't always worried about leaking and feeling stinky--and we are too! I'm happy to be able to do half-strength as it gives room to safely increase the dosage if she develops a tolerance or worsens over time.”
