I use the honest kitchen preference brand base mix, then add 1/2 truroots organic sprouted bean trio and 1/2 cup truroots quinoa rice mix, then pumpkin or hemp seed butter, an egg, and rotation of oils (flax, chia, hemp, olive) to ensure proper nutrition.
