“I wanted to wait to submit my review, because I wasn’t about to lie to others that are frustrated, and have seemingly tried everything, only to watch their cats walk around with flattened airplane-looking ears that they rubbed at and about which they only continued to appear miserable. Mites are next to impossible to get rid of and terribly contagious. So, I cleaned all three of my cats’ ears with a baby oil gel (not oil), then applied the 10 (as per weight directions) drops Otomite to each ear. Massaged. They did their shake, hide, be angry. Their ears were greasy for a couple days, they licked and cleaned at the outside (didn’t notice much of that painful foot-in-ears stuff)…about four days later, their ears looked dry and erect. Now a week and four days, no scratching, no foot-in-ear, no sad mew, no head shaking. No Gunk. In. Ears. Happy. Five stars. I will do the follow-up treatment, because… well, if you’re reading this you know why. You don’t want that stuff back. Ever. By the way, my shipment was here faster than the speed of light, I love Allivet!”
“I wish to thank my customer service representative who handled my order for Otomite. I had already ordered it from another supplier and wanted it shipped second day. They, however, failed to tell me that it was backordered. I was just finishing 7 days treatment of my poor cat's ears with Zymox and wanted to quickly treat him for mites. I cancelled my other order and called Allivet. My customer service rep was so understanding and compassionate to my situation.
