“This is the second shipment (we opted for autoship) we received. The canister arrived in a plastic USPS padded envelope instead of a box and both times the safety band around the lid was broken and the lid was loose. There must be a better way to ship this item.”
“I ordered bute and by no fault of Allivet or me, the order was supposed to go the Tallahassee, Fl but ended up delayed to Guam, and Honolulu. I called Allivet and they insisted on overnighting another order. I eventually got the misrouted order, box smashed etc., but I got the 2d order overnight order in time. Charged for only one order. Great product and great service.”
