“Atopica has kept my calico cat's eosinophilic granuloma in control for several years. She gets 'blisters' on the back of her tongue without it. I gave it every day before supper in a #2 capsule which was just the right size for an eight pound cat. Recently I went out of town for nine days and she got no medication. An examination of her tongue (under sedation since it is so far back on her tongue) showed a recurrence. We were going to cut back to every other day since before my trip an examination under sedation showed no evidence, but now will give it to her every day for three weeks and then see if we can keep it under control with a dose every other day. I buy the 17ml. For an eight pound cat it lasts eight weeks with the daily dose. Eleven weeks is the maximum recommended for the use of the 17ml bottle. It is in a brown glass bottle and I keep it in the original box.”
