“Apoquel is pretty much the only thing that's helped my dog's allergies in Texas! He would get flair-ups all over his belly and bleed from licking/itching himself too much. We used to try the monthly shots but they weren't nearly as effective as the pills for a fraction of the price. My pup is 17lb and the vet prescribed him the 16mg & suggested splitting it into fourths which has been really cost effective with a pill cutter!
