“I am a huge Allivet fan. I use their AutoShip for my boxer’s meds (poor thing needs a few due to anxiety and skin problems). Somehow, last month I changed the date on the Autoship (totally my fault) and I ran out of Luke’s Apoquel for his itching. That is something we don’t want to be without! I called Customer Service and explained my dilemma. The rep was incredibly nice and immediately said they would ship it out overnight, at no additional fee. Wow! I was so grateful. I will always be an Allivet customer!”
