“I don't like this product. I don't trust this product but I have to use it or my dachshund scratches himself to death. It only seemed to work for the day and then by evening he was scratching again. My daughter uses it on her 2 dogs and one of them has lost all the hair on his legs and some on his head and side. Vet's don't seem to understand that this stuff can cause problems and just prescribe it. A friend suggested that I use this shampoo (Phytovet PSS Antiseborrheic Shampoo) which I did and almost all of his itching has stopped. I use it twice a week and it has been a miracle for my little guy. I'm going to use it for a month and then take him off the Apoquel because I don't like the fact that it can cause tumors and lowers the immune system and I'm pretty sure it is what is causing my daughters dog to loose his hair.”
