“Typically happier w Allivet. This time, we moved and attempted to change our address BEFORE our product was mailed. I did, but they kept the old address. Called several times, stayed on hold/wait for 30 min each time and eventually gave up. The med for our dog was delivered to our old address and we had a time getting it. Work on customer service.”
