“This product does help my small shih Tzu with an dry eye problem. At the beginning of opening the cap ointment continually comes out of the opening and one can loose a lot of the medicine/product. It's pricey and I hate to loose it this way with no way to stop it. Then you get to a place when squeezing the tube that there is an air pocket with no ointment. My dog needs this so I have to put up with the packaging.”
