“We bought Revolution Dogs as our Vet feels it is the best product in its genre; it is also the more expensive solution for flea / tick / heartworm. We researched prices and Allivet offered the best price and free delivery. The Allivet website is easy to use. Allivet promptly contacted our Vet to obtain prescription authorization and kept us informed along the way regarding the processing and shipment of our order. Shipping was through the US Postal Service. The Post Office tracking system for the package was problematic, poorly up-dated and, frankly, inaccurate. We did receive our package but later than the delivery date promised by the Post Office system. This is not an Allivet problem, but we would recommend Allivet consider alternative carriers such as United Parcel or FedEx. We will continue to order from Allivet.”
